This beautifully designed rendition of the Belleview
Biltmore Hotel, Belleair, Florida was designed by former St. Petersburg artist,
Janice James, so we sincerely thank her for letting us use her beautiful
watercolor to help us to continue to save the Biltmore. She also designed
watercolors for the Vinoy and Don Cesar Hotels in St. Peterburg. She now
is retired in Sun City, Florida with her husband of 55 years. Ms. James has been studying
and painting since the age of nine! Please
note that the actual size of the art work on the T shirt you purchase is:
10" x 6.5". In order to protect the artist's work from copycats,
I have purposely decreased the size of the photo.
